Today was the first os a series of training sessions set up by Scott Miur at Extreme Dream in Aviemore along with the MCOS. There are going to be 6 different training sesions with 6 of the top climbers in Britian. Today we had Dave MacLeod teaching us loads of different ways to improve our climbing skills.
