Scottish Final

Trad Leading

Last night we went to kingissue crag and did some routes, as I am totaly psyced for trad leading Scott suggested that I should try aid climbing to gain more leading practice which I really enjoyed.

Then this afternoon we went to 70ft wall and did some more leading. I lead Swastika 15m Severe and had some more practice setting up belays.

Aztec Tower

After camping in Gairloch last night we met up with Ellen and her dad then headed off to Aztec Tower and had another fantastic day out.
Aztec tower is one of the best places I have been to, very good routes to lead and bomber placements.

I wanted more of a challange so I gave Cortes 20m Vs 4b a go and really enjoyed it.

Farletter Crag

Last night Myself Dad,Nikki ,Scott, Ellen & her dad went to farletter crag, Because the weather was to nice to go indoors. We done a few good routes.

Pinnicle Crag

We were at Pinnicle crag tonight so I could get in some more practice leading, as we never had very long I only managed two routes ( as there was three of us ) but had a good time.

Huntly's Cave

Today we headed off to Huntly's cave again with dad and Nikki where we met up with Ellen and her dad with Jade and Dawn, It was a brilliant day, really sunny but cool enough in the shade to climb.

Polldubh Bouldering







After a night camping at Glen Nevis Myself ,Dad And My Sister Went up to Polldubh bouldering. We went to heather hat first and done a few problem's. Then over to another boulder Before the rain came.

Fort Williams brilliant new bouldering wall


Myself my dad and Nikki were almong a big turnout of climbers to attend the opening of Alan Kimbers brilliant new bouldering wall at Calluna in Fort William on Thursday night. The wall was built by Scott Muir from Extreme Dream and the problems were put up by Dave MacLeod.
